Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website rangelspaintingllc.com (the "Site"), operated by Rangel's Painting LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Rangel's Painting," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply only to your use of the website itself. They do not constitute, and should not be read as, a contract for painting, pressure-washing, staining, flooring, or any other contracting services — see Section 5 below.

The Site is an informational marketing website that describes Rangel's Painting LLC's interior painting, exterior painting, pressure washing, deck staining, and flooring installation services in the Charlotte, NC/SC metro area, and provides a means for visitors to request a free quote. The Site:

• Does not require or offer user account creation or login
• Does not process payments or conduct e-commerce transactions of any kind
• Does not store submitted quote-request data on our servers (see our Privacy Policy for how the quote form actually works)

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes related to learning about our services or requesting a quote. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying code, or any connected systems;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or copy the Site's content other than standard search-engine indexing;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, servers, or networks;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the quote request form;
• Use the Site to transmit any virus, malware, or harmful code;
• Copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from Site content except as permitted in Section 6 below.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site, at our discretion, for any conduct we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Site, our business, or other visitors.

The "Request a Free Quote" form and any information you send us through it, by email, by phone, or via WhatsApp, are inquiries only. Submitting a quote request:

• Does not create any contract, agreement, or binding obligation between you and Rangel's Painting LLC;
• Does not guarantee pricing, availability, or scheduling;
• Is not an offer capable of acceptance that forms a service agreement.

Pricing information, project timelines, and service descriptions on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. They do not constitute a binding quote or estimate for any specific project.

Any actual painting, pressure washing, deck staining, flooring installation, or other contracting work performed by Rangel's Painting LLC is governed exclusively by a separate, signed written estimate and/or service contract executed between you and Rangel's Painting LLC outside of this Site (typically following an in-person or virtual consultation). That separate written agreement — not these Terms — will control matters such as scope of work, pricing, payment terms, scheduling, materials, warranties on workmanship, change orders, and remedies. These Terms govern only your use of the informational website; they do not modify, supersede, or apply to any signed project contract.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the Rangel's Painting name and branding, photographs of completed projects (including "before and after" images), videos, and the overall look and feel of the Site — is owned by Rangel's Painting LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes (for example, sharing a link to our Site on social media). You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display photographs, videos, or other content from the Site for commercial purposes;
• Use the Rangel's Painting name, logo, or branding to imply endorsement or affiliation;
• Use project photographs to promote a competing painting or contracting business.

Customer testimonials appearing on the Site are used with the permission of the individuals identified, or are based on publicly available reviews attributed as such.

The Site links to or interacts with third-party services, including WhatsApp (wa.me), Instagram, Facebook, and Google (Analytics and Fonts). We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, privacy practices, availability, or terms of service of these third-party platforms. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND MATERIALS ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Rangel's Painting LLC does not warrant that: (a) the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) the information on the Site (including pricing ranges, service descriptions, or coverage area) is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free; or (c) any defects will be corrected. Any reliance you place on Site content is at your own risk. Nothing on the Site constitutes a professional guarantee regarding the outcome of any specific project — actual workmanship warranties, if any, are provided only in a separate signed contract as described in Section 5.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RANGEL'S PAINTING LLC, ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RANGEL'S PAINTING LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE (AS DISTINCT FROM ANY SEPARATE SIGNED PROJECT CONTRACT, WHICH IS GOVERNED BY ITS OWN TERMS) SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rangel's Painting LLC, its owner, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Site; or (c) any information you knowingly submit that is false, fraudulent, or infringes the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This governing-law provision applies to your use of the Site only; a separate signed project contract (Section 5) may contain its own governing-law and venue terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rangel's Painting LLC regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements regarding the Site (but not any separate signed project contract, which is a distinct agreement governed by its own terms).
